Yes. Allow 1–3 business days for dispatch, then another 2–10 business days for delivery. Shipping charges for remote areas and bulky items are shown at checkout.
For a change-of-mind return, contact us within 7 days and wait for approval before sending the item back. Eligible unused items may be exchanged or returned for store credit; exclusions and a 25% restocking fee apply. This does not limit your rights for faulty goods under Australian Consumer Law.
Email info@suncitymotorcycles.com.au with your order number and details of the fault. We’ll assess the issue and, where relevant, work with the Australian distributor on a repair or replacement. Your Australian Consumer Law rights still apply.
