Write A ReviewSurface mounted cleats made from 316-grade stainless steel with a highly polished mirror finish.
The cleat simply pulls up from the base and when pushed back down, it sits almost flush on deck when not in use, so as to not catch toes or ropes.
The strong stainless steel mounting bolts are situated below deck and large nuts hold it in place.
