Alpha 1 Gen 1 (No Power Steering)

Complete kit of anodes and hardware for 1984-1990 Mercruiser Alpha 1 Gen I and MR Outdrives. This kit is provided with a fin trim tab to assist with steering.

Replaces Mercury OEM # 888756Q02.

Kit Includes:

Qty 1 Trim Tab Anode - OEM 31640T 4
Qty 1 Gimbal Housing Block - OEM 821631T 1
Qty 2 Gimbal Housing Bolt Headnut - OEM 55989T 9

Hardware:

7/16-14 1 3/4 S/S ShCS

Specially Formulated Alloy for All Water Types

Do NOT mix anodes types (aluminium and zinc).
Aluminium anodes have a higher protection voltage than zinc anodes, and lasts up to 30-50% longer.
Reactivate after exposure to air - works immediately on re-immersion.
Environmentally friendly.
Much lighter than zinc.
